This is a body shop situated behind Savage BMW in Ontario, and they've done two of my family's cars - mine and my mom's. Here is my review of two relatively major jobs they've done for my family. I have no connection with them whatsoever except that they're next to the dealer that serviced my mom's BMW. They're a very high end shop that does a lot of late/new model BMW and Lexus work. While they've been doing my cars I came over a lot to inspect what was going on and I was consistently impressed with what they were turning out on late model, $50K plus autos. Details below: Before I bought my Z I had a '95 Supra TT that I t-boned into a Ford Windstar last summer. I took it to Arrow Glen and $8000 later it was as good as new. It was white, and I was impressed with how well they matched the paint - white is a very hard to do color. 3 weeks ago a person backing my mom's '97 BMW 540i out of her garage cranked the wheel too soon and took out the fender, headlights and bumper by smashing it into our garage wall. $5000 later it again looks like new - I am very impressed with their work. The 540i is also white, and again the match is as perfect as white can be. The body lines are dead on and I think it's fantastic. These guys aren't perfect - they've aggravated me both times by delivering the cars over 2 weeks after they said they would. On the Supra the new Toyota symbol was put on a little crooked - i pointed it out and they fixed it. On the BMW they put on the wrong year foglight, again I had to point it out to them. This was very aggravating, but the actual quality of their work is what impressed me. I've had work done at other body shops on other cars, and I haven't felt the matches were as good. Ironically they've all been white. From what I understand white is the most difficult to match color, so it seems like its a good test of a body shop's prowess. They've also told me they use only German BASF paint, not PPG, which they claim is more expensive and is the only paint BMW will allow them to use. I'm not a paint expert so I can't verify the validity of that claim. I live in West L.A. and the guy who bought my Supra lives out here too. If you'd like to look at both cars - the Supra and the BMW, I could meet up with you. I also have before and after pics of both cars so you can see the difference. My # is 909 347 5618 and my e-mail is creeves19@hotmail.com If you call them you want to talk with Charlie, who is the head honcho/manager. Robert is the other customer rep, but in my humble opinion he's an unfriendly asshole. Don't tell him I said that. =) I really want to see your car running strong and I'm sorry to hear what happened. I know what an agonizing decision it is - my ZTT was recently hit in the front and I'm trying to decide whether to go with Arrow Glen, which I know does very good but pricy work (I have to pay cash for this) or to go with another shop that does good work too but is less money. I don't know the other shop's work personally (20/20 Autobody in the city of Industry) but I hear they're good. Talk to you soon, Chris
